An annual celebration of Cycling held on Labor Day in Moore County, N.C.
The Sandhills Cycling Club is proud to host the Tour de Moore Classic as an annual celebration of cycling and the community.
While you may not be able to ride the Tour de France, you can enjoy a fully-supported, hilly, challenging and fun ride around beautiful Moore County in the heart of the Sandhills. Riders from all over North Carolina and neighboring States look forward to this annual bike festival.
Typically, the Tour de Moore Classic offers three ride distances:
- a 28 mile cruise, - a 50 mile ramble, - and the Classic TdM Century...100 miles showcasing the best of Moore County cycling!
The goal of the Tour de Moore Classic is to preserve Classic Moore County cycling routes including the original century route for the Tour de Moore Race! We also look to provide an opportunity for our community to come together on Labor Day to interact and support healthy lifestyles.
